Located in Berrahal, this apartment project by Rochen Design Studio reflects a refined contemporary aesthetic where warmth, elegance, and functionality come together in perfect harmony. Inspired by organic textures and clean architectural lines, the design creates a serene living environment enriched with soft lighting and timeless material compositions.

Entrance Experience

The entrance sets the tone with a sculptural backlit mirror framed by soft neutral wall panels and complemented by a floating sonoma walnut console. The fluid shape of the mirror introduces an artistic focal point, while integrated ambient lighting enhances the depth and warmth of the space.

A custom open shelving partition in natural wood subtly separates the entry from the living areas while maintaining visual continuity and openness. Carefully placed greenery softens the architectural composition and introduces a calming natural touch.

Kitchen & Dining Area

The kitchen embraces a sophisticated balance between modern elegance and practicality. Warm wood cabinetry paired with matte beige finishes creates a calming palette, contrasted beautifully by dramatic marble-effect countertops and backsplash surfaces.

Integrated black appliances add depth and contemporary character, while the compact dining space features a marble-top table with minimalist white seating and natural wood legs. Above, a woven pendant light introduces texture and warmth, reinforcing the apartment’s inviting atmosphere.

Architectural Details & Atmosphere

Throughout the apartment, the design focuses on layered lighting, clean geometry, and tactile materials. Recessed ceiling lighting and hidden LED integrations create a soft ambient glow that enhances the warm neutral palette.

The combination of polished flooring, marble textures, soft beige tones, and natural walnut finishes establishes a contemporary yet inviting identity. Every element has been carefully curated to deliver a sense of comfort, balance, and understated luxury.
